Upgrade about my bog

Greetings,my friends,
I'm sorry for not upgrading with my blog,and there are many facts.firstly,I cann't open blogger for months,and it's the ISP'fault becourse that I cann't open many sites here; secondly,my all egold accounts were stolen,it caused some problems to my venture;the last one is I'm busy now with my study.
Due to above reasons,I will not upgrade my blog until Mar,2007.So come back then,I will show you a new blog!

here is the words quote from their email:
Our partner company (the one responsible for payments being on hold right now) is assuring us that payments will restart on the first Saturday in October as foreseen. This is not the issue at hand but we would be ready to continue as before if it wasn't for a group of members that seem to find a lot of satisfaction in sending us abusive emails, threats, and more.
We have advised our partner companies to return our initial deposits by closing out appropriate trades and to make our funds available to us at their earliest convenience. They acknowledged our request and reminded us that a fee of 15% for early withdrawals applies. We decided not to pass this on to you but it will be on the house.
You may expect to be refunded by 10in40, starting in October, within a reasonably short time frame. Latest members that have earned little or nothing from the program will be served first.
I have always been keeping a very small and private list of interested individuals, close friends and trusted online contacts that I used to notify when one of our partners offered a short term program. I will open this list to interested 10in40 members, however I want to keep it small and will therefore not allow more than 80-100 people.
